Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and bar membership required.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification practice.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient legal research and drafting; familiarity with Westlaw and PACER.
• Advanced MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Clear, concise communication and practical legal advice.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Reliable, ethical and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the General Counsel.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts and advise on transactional agreements.
• Counsel internal business units and executives on various legal topics.
• Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics.
• Monitor applicable state and federal laws and industry publications.
• Maintain high standards of personal and professional conduct.
• Clearly communicate policies and procedures to staff.
