Job summary

MCI is a fast-growing tech-enabled business services company delivering CX, BPO, and IT Solutions across industries and countries. The legal counsel will provide support to the General Counsel, draft and review contracts, and advise on transactional matters with tight turnaround times.

Ideal candidates have a JD and US bar admission, at least 2 years of experience across the areas listed, strong drafting, research, and communication skills, and proficiency with Westlaw and PACER, in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and membership in at least one U.S. State bar is required.
• At least 2 full years of legal practice across stated areas.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient legal research and drafting; experience with Westlaw and PACER.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to the General Counsel as needed.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts and transactional documents with quick turnaround.
• Counsel internal business units on legal topics.
• Conduct broad legal research across topics.
• Monitor state and federal laws and industry publications.
• Model high personal, professional, and ethical standards.
• Communicate policies and procedures clearly to staff.
