RIDE Coach and Bus in Pasadena, CA seeks a Corporate Counsel to provide legal guidance on employment matters, commercial contracts, contract disputes, and litigation related to the company’s commercial vehicle business.

You will review and negotiate agreements, manage employment claims, advise on risks and compliance, and support litigation with senior legal leadership, HR, sales, and operations. This role requires strong communication and strategic problem-solving across departments.

Competenze

• Requires JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience in employment law, commercial contracts, or litigation.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Experience managing employment-related claims, disputes, or litigation.
• Strong legal research, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters across departments with sound judgment.
• Excellent written and spoken English for complex negotiations and business discussions.

Mansioni

• Provide legal advice on employment matters, commercial contracts, contract disputes, and litigation for RIDE’s commercial vehicle business.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including vehicle sales/leases, service, SaaS, and procurement contracts.
• Manage employment-related claims, disputes, and litigation with guidance from senior leadership.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation strategy, discovery, and case management.
• Identify legal and contractual risks and advise on compliance and policy matters.
• Offer practical legal solutions to support business objectives with cross‑department collaboration.
• Liaise between the company and outside counsel and monitor costs and progress.
• Assist senior legal leadership with policy development and other legal projects.
