Qualifications

• 3+ years of legal experience.
• Louisiana Bar admission in good standing is REQUIRED.
• Experience with real estate matters and/or corporate transactional work preferred.
• Mortgage, lending, servicing, title, or related financial-services experience is a HUGE plus.
• Strong contract drafting, review, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business teams, outside counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Someone comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a practical approach to solving business and legal issues.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate operations, contracts, transactions, real estate, and financial matters as part of the corporate legal team.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to protect company interests and minimize risk.
• Support transactional work, real estate deals, and related financial matters in a business context.
• Collaborate with executives, business teams, and outside counsel to drive outcomes.
