Responsibilities

• Lead a range of commercial real estate transactions for the in-house team, including purchase agreements, leases, and easements.
• Draft and negotiate loan and construction agreements.
• Coordinate and oversee complex real estate projects and related documentation.
• Provide leadership within the in-house legal department.
