Job summary

Konecranes, a global material handling equipment manufacturer, seeks an experienced attorney to serve as in-house counsel for the Region Americas, based in Springfield, OH. The role focuses on corporate/business law and potentially commercial/product liability matters.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years of experience, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a strong client-service mindset. Ohio licensure or waiver into Ohio is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required and a law degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in Ohio or ability to waive into Ohio prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house legal counsel for the Region Americas.
• Work independently and in a team environment to deliver high-quality client service.
• Handle corporate/business matters and, where relevant, commercial/product liability issues.
