Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio and in good standing.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a law firm, corporate legal department, or governmental agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation dockets, including employment, commercial, and regulatory disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex customer, vendor, and procurement contracts.
• Advise business units on legal risks, policy compliance, and litigation strategy.
• Oversee outside counsel and manage litigation budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable legal processes.
