Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• PA or NJ Bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal audiences.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs and vendor contracts.
• Review public contract proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and representations.
• Evaluate and resolve conflicts of interest.
• Partner with People Team on employment law matters.
• Support collections activities, including letters and proofs of claim.
• Assist with acquisitions, due diligence, and post-acquisition integration.
• Support legal, risk, and compliance initiatives company-wide.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and monitor developments.
