Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate master services, NDAs, vendor and subcontractor agreements and related documents.
• Support corporate and regulatory compliance, insurance reviews, and risk management.
• Coordinate with President and outside counsel on material deviations and approvals.
• Maintain contract files, renewal information, and improve templates and workflows.
• Prepare concise risk summaries and reports for management.
