Qualifications

JD required with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
2+ years of relevant legal experience in investment management or financial services.
Experience with contract-management systems preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
Excellent judgment, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Review, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
Coordinate contract approvals, execution, renewals and ongoing obligations.
Maintain accurate contract records and key-term data.
Manage legal-entity records, reporting and related documentation.
Improve contract-management processes, controls and internal workflows.
Partner with business teams on legal and compliance matters.
Support department initiatives and special projects.
Use technology and AI tools thoughtfully to improve legal processes and efficiency.
