Ideal candidates hold a JD and active U.S. bar membership, with 2–4 years of relevant experience; 4–7 years preferred, and ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to drive efficient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and willingness to obtain Kansas Bar License.
• 2–4 years of experience as a business attorney, with in-house or top law firm exposure.
• Preferred 4–7 years of relevant consumer litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume docket of consumer litigation and arbitration matters.
• Develop case strategy and actively assist with all aspects of litigation.
• Direct outside counsel and align with company strategy for efficiency and cost control.
• Collaborate with care, executive response, and other teams to resolve disputes and improve customer outcomes.
• Identify trends and advise on risk mitigation and process improvements.
