Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a corporate counsel to support the Device and Supply Chain organization. You will build trusted client relationships, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements, and proactively identify legal risks to enable strategic business outcomes.

We value candidates with a U.S. law degree, 2–4 years of corporate counsel experience, and a strong ability to navigate complex technical transactions.

Qualifications

• U.S. law degree with admission to at least one state bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 2–4 years as corporate counsel in a firm or in-house environment.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating technical and commercial transactions.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients and align guidance with business priorities.
• Develop understanding of client operations, goals, and challenges.
• Identify legal and business risks and partner with stakeholders to mitigate them.
• Review, draft, and negotiate purchasing, sourcing, logistics, transportation, professional services, device insurance, and technology contracts.
• Address novel and complex business issues with practical advice.
• Contribute to development of templates, playbooks, and contract clauses.
• Deliver presentations and training for business clients and legal colleagues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to drive aligned outcomes.
• Support process improvement initiatives championed by leadership and partners.
