Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required and bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad legal advice on contracts, transactions, marketing, risk management, employment and compliance.
• Develop and monitor compliance programs, policies and training.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and management to ensure cost-effective, high-quality legal services.
• Support regulatory filings and licensing activities as needed.
• Assist with investigations and remediation efforts related to compliance issues.
