Job summary

Botrista, Inc. seeks an experienced attorney to join as the first in-house counsel under the Global Legal Team. You will report to the Chief Legal Officer/Global General Counsel and support nationwide Business Development teams across the U.S., with potential cross-border projects.

The role blends high-volume commercial contracting, institutional procurement for K-12 and Higher Ed, and a deep understanding of FDA/USDA food safety regulations.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted to State Bar or eligible for immediate registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary legal counsel for national Business Development teams in the U.S.
• Manage high-volume commercial contracting, including MSAs, Pilot/Testing, and HaaS for chain restaurants and universities.
• Navigate RFP processes for K-12 and higher ed procurement.
