Job summary

Orveon seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal team in a hybrid office setting in Columbus, OH. You will support contract management, governance, privacy, compliance, litigation, and employment law, reporting to the General Counsel.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders across the organization and requires a JD, bar admission, and 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and manage heavy workload.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance across contract management, corporate governance, advertising and marketing, data privacy, compliance, litigation, and employment law.
• Review and draft contracts across supply chain, marketing, HR, IT, and finance.
• Manage vendor agreements, NDAs, and IP matters with General Counsel.
