HES Facilities Management is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel in Knoxville, TN, to support the In-House Counsel team with contract review, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. The role requires JD degree, active bar membership, and 1–3 years of corporate contract experience.

You will draft, analyze, and negotiate commercial agreements while ensuring adherence to corporate policy and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Active membership in a state bar, in good standing.
• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• 1–3 years experience as a practicing attorney with strong experience in commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal matters affecting Operations, Sales, Finance, Technology, and HR.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and review applicable statutes.
• Conduct legal research and risk analyses to guide business decisions.
• Coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• May conduct training on legal topics and assist with regulatory inquiries.
