Job summary

RunBuggy Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Commercial Counsel to own commercial contracts, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements, and managing the contract system.

You will work with the General Counsel on data privacy, IP, employment, and litigation matters, ensuring commercially sound terms and a complete record of commitments. This in‑house role offers hybrid work with 2–3 days in-office.

Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• 2–5 years legal experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Active license to practice law in Arizona or eligible to register as in-house counsel.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements (SaaS, master services, orders, SOWs, NDAs).
• Maintain contract templates, clause library, and negotiation playbooks.
• Run contract intake, review, approvals, and signature processes; train business teams.
