Job summary

RunBuggy is seeking a Commercial Counsel to draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor contracts, including SaaS and platform agreements, and manage the contract lifecycle. You will work closely with our General Counsel on data privacy, IP, employment, and litigation matters, providing commercial guidance across the business.

This is a hybrid role based in Tempe, AZ, with 2–3 days in the office. You will serve as the primary legal contact for Sales, Operations, and Finance on contract

Qualifications

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial customer and vendor contracts including SaaS and platform agreements, MSAs, order forms, and NDAs.
• Support data privacy, IP, employment, and litigation matters as needed during in‑house practice.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor contracts and related commercial documents.
• Serve as primary legal contact for Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance on contract questions.
• Maintain contract templates, clause library, and negotiation playbooks.
• Administer contract management system and ensure accurate records, renewals, and key dates.
