Greene-Levin-Snyder Legal Search Group seeks an experienced CMBS and structured finance attorney to join a leading organization at the forefront of commercial real estate finance in New York and Chicago.

The role involves analyzing sophisticated transactions, evaluating complex structures, and contributing to market-leading research while moving beyond routine deal execution. A hybrid schedule is offered with in-office presence Tue–Thu.

Formación

• 5+ years of CMBS/commercial real estate finance experience.
• Strong transactional judgment and analytical ability.
• Experience reviewing complex loan and offering documents.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with market professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Focus on a broad range of commercial real estate and structured finance transactions.
• Work with senior ratings professionals, transaction teams and outside counsel.
• Evaluate legal/structural issues and identify risks.
• Participate in transaction committees and contribute to market research and analysis.
