Qualifications

• J.D. license to practice law in NY State.
• 5+ years of legal work experience.
• Experience in structured finance, CMBS or CRE transactions.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for in-house legal matters including reviewing offering and transaction documents and articulating any legal or credit concerns that emerge
• Identifying and evaluating the potential credit impact of transaction and loan structures
• Liaising with external legal counsel

Qualifications

• J.D. qualified to practice law in NY State
• 5+ years' legal work experience
• MUST HAVE experience working in Structured finance, CMBS or commercial real estate transactions.
