Qualifications

An ordinary day might look like:

  • You will arrive with a clear knowledge of all ongoing projects and their level of priority.
  • You will determine the most effective use of your time and available resources to deliver on your commitments.
  • You will work with other engineering team members to optimize solutions with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.
  • You will evaluate alternative components in various applications for suitability, durability, and quality.
  • You will propose test methods, execute testing, and document results.
  • You will prototype new product solutions using a combination of rapid prototyping, in-house fabrication equipment, and third-party sources.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
  • Basic knowledge of combustion theory
  • Experience as a burner technician or start-up technician strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; CAD experience a plus
  • Ability to solve technical problems independently and within a team environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed up to 10%
