We seek a Key Accounts Building Automation Controls Technician – REMOTE. You will travel 50-75% to install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and program environmental control systems in commercial settings.

Responsibilities include:

• Commissioning, programming, graphics setup, testing, troubleshooting, and servicing systems.
• Documenting verification and validation of systems.
• Serving as the customer contact, servicing products, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborating with teams and customers for on-site work.
• Staying current with Trane products and safety standards.
• Maintaining safety and security of assets.
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years HVAC/Controls experience; technical training preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and handheld devices.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, with a clean record.
• Experience with DDC controls preferred.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Use of safety gear, physical flexibility, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Access to rooftops and variable weather conditions.

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $25 - $35/hour (based on US averages; actual may vary).
