Ebs Recruiters LLC is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in St. Louis.

You will contribute to branding, create marketing collateral, and manage projects from concept through production, ensuring brand consistency across print and digital materials. • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Approximately 5+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating advertising, branding, page layout, and marketing collateral design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with logo design, vector illustration, digital illustration, and print production.
• Photography and photo-editing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a small creative team.

Responsabilidades

• Design, create, and update a wide variety of marketing and promotional materials.
• Develop advertisements, product literature, brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, banners, tradeshow graphics, displays, and other branded materials.
• Create and maintain product, packaging, and miscellaneous labels, including barcode generation and proofing.
• Support branding initiatives, page layout design, logo development, and visual identity projects.
• Capture and edit product photography, employee headshots, event photography, and other images for marketing use.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist with special marketing, promotional, and creative projects as needed.
