Job summary

ebs recruiters LLC is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. You will develop and maintain print and digital materials, supporting branding, product marketing, and visual communications initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Approximately 5+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing advertising, branding, page layout, and collateral design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with logo design, vector/digital illustration, and print production.
• Photography and photo-editing experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a small creative team.

Responsibilities

• Design and update a wide variety of marketing and promotional materials.
• Develop advertisements, product literature, brochures, catalogs, flyers, posters, banners, and tradeshow graphics.
• Create and maintain product packaging labels, including barcode generation and proofing.
• Support branding initiatives, page layouts, logo development, and visual identity projects.
• Capture and edit product photography, employee headshots, and event imagery for marketing use.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital applications.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency across materials.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Assist with special marketing and creative projects as needed.
