Job summary

The Marketing & In-House Graphic and Digital Designer supports Eco-Chic Consignments LLC with brand-aligned design and marketing across in-store, digital, and email channels for three luxury resale brands. This temporary in-house role focuses on creating in-store graphics, digital updates, and customer emails.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic and digital design experience.
• Experience with Canva and email marketing platforms; Constant Contact is a plus.
• A sharp eye for design with the ability to work within an established brand look.
• Strong, clean writing with the ability to shift tone across three brands.
• Ability to move quickly and manage many small deliverables at once.
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend events.
• Portfolio showing print and digital work is required.

Responsibilities

• Design assets using premade Canva templates, creating new layouts as needed while following each brand’s colors and aesthetic direction.
• Produce flyers, sale posters, and in-store signage, including relocation and grand-opening materials.
• Update in-store TV screen content by swapping imagery and text for sales and event programming.
• Create website banner graphics for sales promotions and seasonal changes.
• Write, design, schedule, and send weekly customer emails through Constant Contact.
• Write short-form copy in each brand voice for emails, banners, signage, and social posts.
• Merchandise products on the Shopify website by arranging items for a clean, appealing presentation.
• Manage LinkedIn posting, including company updates, hiring posts, and event highlights.
• Create VIP event invitations and manage RSVPs in coordination with the internal marketing team.
• Assist with all in-store events, including grand openings, from preparation through on-site event support.
• Support the Photography Manager with content and imagery needs for marketing materials, emails, flyers, and in-store signage.
