Qualificações

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of litigation management experience in law firms, government, or in-house.
• Experience handling high-stakes, complex litigation with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with internal stakeholders and external counsel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage strategy for high-profile litigation, including bad faith and complex matters.
• Collaborate with outside counsel and coordinate with internal teams.
• Advise stakeholders on litigation strategy, risk management, and trial prep.
• Participate in internal discovery with Operations, Tech, and legal management.
• Monitor legislation, regulations, and emerging trends in insurance litigation.
