EisnerAmper is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our in-house legal team in Sacramento. You will review and negotiate client engagement letters, NDAs, BAAs, MSAs, and government contracts, providing day-to-day legal support to the Firm's directors.

You will work on contract templates, playbooks, and process documentation while leveraging AI tools to increase efficiencies. The role reports to Legal Directors and emphasizes risk assessment.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree with current bar admission.
• 3+ years of post-law school experience in contract drafting, review and negotiation.
• Ability to independently review, respond to and negotiate commercial agreements.

Responsabilités

• Review and negotiate client engagement letters.
• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs and access letters.
• Review MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor agreements and government contracts.
