Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our in-house legal team and report to the Legal Directors.

You will review and negotiate client engagement letters, handle NDAs and access letters, respond to RFPs, manage the legal department's intake process, and review commercial contracts such as MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor agreements and government contracts, providing day-to-day legal support to the Firm's directors.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree with current bar admission
• 3+ years of post-law school contract drafting and negotiation
• Ability to independently review and negotiate MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor and government contracts

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate client engagement letters using firm templates.
• Draft and negotiate NDAs and third-party access agreements.
• Respond to RFPs and coordinate with business teams.
• Manage the legal department's Smartsheet intake process.
• Review and negotiate MSAs, BAAs, subcontractor and government contracts.
• Provide day-to-day legal support to the Firm's directors.
• Improve contract templates, playbooks and process docs.
• Implement and understand AI tools to increase efficiencies.
