Job summary

DonorConnect is seeking a full-time Donation Program Coordinator at Utah Valley Hospital to develop relationships with hospital staff and increase organ and tissue donation.

The DPC I will coordinate educational activities, maintain strategic plans for donation performance, and collaborate with organ, tissue, and family services to evaluate potential donors.

On-site role with a Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. schedule and Friday 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in science, marketing, education or public relations.
• Licensed RN, Respiratory Therapist, Paramedic/EMT, or 2 years OPO experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong hospital partner relationships across the DonorConnect service area.
• Coordinate general educational activities; lead the Donor Council in the assigned hospital.
• Assist with clinical evaluation of potential donor patients and family discussions.
• Spend most hours in hospitals; support donation follow-up and process improvements.
