Job summary

Justice Resource Institute is seeking a Master's Level In-Home Clinician/Therapist - Spanish Speaking in Lynn, MA. This full-time role involves providing community-based therapy to youth, supporting families, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A Master’s degree and relevant clinical licensure are required. The position offers a salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 annually, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and generous benefits including flexible scheduling, professional development, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) or able to sit for clinical licensure required.
• Must have clinical experience with children and adolescents.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed models preferred.
• Ability to create and implement treatment plans reflecting client’s cultural background.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based services and collaborate with treatment teams.
• Create interventions to enhance family support for youth.
• Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed, and confidential clinical services.
