Evidence Based Associates in Charleston, SC seeks a Youth & Family Clinical Therapist to deliver in-home, school, and community therapy with a small caseload.

You will engage families, coordinate with schools and community partners, provide crisis support, and participate in regular supervision and training.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology and a commitment to flexible, nontraditional hours to reach youth and families in the service territory.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.
• Experience working with youth and families is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with individuals and families.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
• Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
