SCO Family of Service is seeking a licensed or master's-level clinician to provide in-home family counseling and crisis intervention for a small caseload of families in New York. The role involves conducting MST assessments, designing CBT interventions for youths and families, collaborating with schools and child welfare agencies, and advocating at court or probation meetings.

Competenze

• Experience in family therapy and in-home counseling settings.
• Strong written documentation and organization.
• Knowledge of Juvenile Justice or ACS programs is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide in-home family counseling and crisis intervention for a caseload of 5–6 families.
• Conduct MST assessments and apply evidence-based clinical modalities.
• Design cognitive-behavioral interventions for youth and families.
• Collaborate with schools, DOP, ACS and pro-social programs.
• Advocate for families by attending court or probation meetings.
• Update stakeholders on treatment progress and outcomes.
• Participate in weekly supervision and individual supervision.
