Qualifications
Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire.
Must pass all state and federal background checks.
Responsibilities
Support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Provide non-physical, emotional, and behavioral support.
Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan.
