This role is commission-only and offers uncapped earning potential, with top performers historically earning between $150,000 to $300,000 annually. Individuals will be responsible for conducting in-home sales presentations and consultations while managing their own sales pipeline with support from Windows USA's proven products and sales processes.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, disciplined, and possess strong closing skills. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work a field-based schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in outside, commission-based sales is required, preferably in home improvement.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Should have strong math skills and attention to detail.
