Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience or more.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet performance goals.
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using modern tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Help homeowners identify best window and door solutions for their needs.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial consultation to installation.
• Collaborate with Installation Managers to ensure accurate project measurements using video tech.
• Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience in every interaction.
