Job summary

Windows USA is looking for an Outside Sales Employee to join its team in Oklahoma. This position offers a unique commission-only compensation structure with the potential to earn between $150,000 to $300,000 annually based on performance. The role requires strong closing skills and experience in home improvement sales.

Successful candidates will manage their own sales pipeline, conduct in-home consultations, and be self-directed while providing a high-quality customer experience. Training and certifications are part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Prior outside, commission-based sales experience, home improvement preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail for measurements and quoting.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-set and self-generated residential sales appointments.
• Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations.
• Utilize iPads and CRM tools to manage customer information.
