Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a field-based sales consultant to visit customers' homes, assess needs, and present tailored window, door, and treatment solutions. You will manage appointments, follow up on leads, and drive sales while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least 2 years in face-to-face or commission-based sales. Flexible Tue–Sat hours with CRM/tablet experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass an MVR check.
• At least 2 years of face-to-face or commission-based sales experience.
• Willingness to obtain a salesperson license within 60 days if required by state/municipality.
• Flexible hours Tuesday through Saturday.
• CRM platform experience preferred.
• Tablets or similar tech to manage sales processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to consult, assess needs, and propose personalized solutions for doors, windows, and window treatments.
• Present product options, address questions, and guide customers toward informed decisions.
• Drive sales by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and meeting targets.
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.
• Collaborate with contractors and installers to ensure accurate quotes and seamless project execution.
