Job summary

Kinetico Incorporated is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to perform in-home sales of water softeners and drinking water systems. You will meet homeowners, present options and coordinate installation.

This role requires strong public speaking, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets; travel to customers' homes and collaboration with the sales team will be routine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Strong public speaking capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Sets appointments from leads generated through Kinetico call center, Kinetico Home Depot Program, customer referral or independent sources.
• Uses water testing capabilities to assess water particulates, review results with homeowner and discuss product capabilities and alternatives.
• Prepares and reviews sales proposal and informs customer about various financing options.
• Closes sale and provides follow-up support through product installation.
• Reports all sales activities to Sales Force.
• Meets or exceeds established sales targets and goals.
