US Family Turf is seeking an experienced Artificial Turf Sales Professional to join its In-Home Sales Team in California. You will conduct on-site consultations, present tailored turf solutions, and guide homeowners from first contact to installation.

This commission-based role offers uncapped earnings with a 10% commission on sales, plus comprehensive training and ongoing support. You’ll travel to clients’ homes, build lasting relationships, and close deals through persuasive, customer-focused

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, preferably in home improvement or landscaping.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of artificial turf products, installation processes, and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs.
• Educate customers on product benefits, features, and customization options.
• Develop design proposals and cost estimates.
