US Family Turf is hiring an In-Home Sales Consultant to guide residential customers through selecting and installing artificial turf solutions. You will conduct on-site assessments, present tailored proposals, and drive sales with a commission-based compensation structure.

Training is provided on our product line and sales process, with ongoing support to help you meet and exceed targets. This role involves travel to customer homes and independent scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background with success hitting targets.
• Strong knowledge of artificial turf products and installation basics.
• Comfort with presenting to homeowners and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and outdoor spaces.
• Educate clients on turf features, benefits, and customization options.
• Develop design proposals and cost estimates aligned with budgets.
• Present sales presentations highlighting US Family Turf value propositions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines with customers.
• Coordinate with installation team for smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
