Job summary

Arbour Counseling Services in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Therapeutic Training and Support (TT&S) Counselor to join an In-Home Therapy program. You will work with a Master’s Level Clinician serving at-risk youth up to age 21 and their families in home, school, or community settings to promote wellness and recovery using a strength-based model.

You will teach coping, parenting, and communication skills, coordinate care with outpatient providers, and support families to create stable home

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• Massachusetts driver's license and daily access to an insured vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to plan and organize schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist the clinician in implementing therapeutic objectives of the treatment plan.
• Teach coping, parenting, and communication skills to youth, siblings, guardians, and other supports.
• Coordinate care with outpatient therapists, schools, DCF, and medical providers.
• Complete documentation of all meetings and contacts.
