Job summary

Inclusion Family Counseling Center Inc. is seeking a Therapeutic Mentor/TT&S to join our in-home therapy team. This full-time hybrid role supports youth and families in the Brockton, New Bedford, and Fall River areas, offering culturally humble, clinically informed services.

The role emphasizes a strengths-based approach with collaboration across the care team, and includes supervision and opportunities for professional development. A $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field and one year of related experience with youth OR Associate degree with one year of related experience.
• Bilingual language capacity preferred; $1000 bonus after six months.
• Preferred CBHI experience works with community-based mental health services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality therapeutic services including family therapy and parent/caregiver and child coaching.
• Work with youth individually at home, school or in the community and support skills-building.
• Listen actively; develop treatment goals with families and clients using strengths-based approaches.
• Maintain weekly communication with the Clinical Therapeutic Treatment team and other providers.
• Assist families in identifying and utilizing community resources and natural supports.
• Maintain EMR and follow clinical documentation timelines with confidentiality.
