Center for Human Development (CHD) in Ware, MA, seeks a Therapeutic Training and Support Worker to join the In-Home Therapy team. The role provides structured one-to-one skill building for youth ages 0-20 and supports families, under a Master’s level clinician to implement treatment plans.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, a valid driver’s license, be 21+, and have at least 1 year of experience with emotionally disturbed youth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Must be 21+ and computer literate.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with emotionally disturbed children/adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured one-to-one skill building for youth (0-20).
• Work under supervision of a Master’s Level Clinician to support treatment plans.
• Assist with care coordination and connect families to resources.
• Teach and reinforce interpersonal communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution.
