Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. seeks a Therapeutic Training & Support Worker to deliver community-based services for youth with emotional needs in Western Massachusetts. You will help families build skills, coordinate care, and implement strategies from therapy sessions.

Work includes home, school, and community settings with documentation duties and collaboration with clinicians. Requires a human services degree and bilingual ability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services-related field required.
• At least 1 year of human services experience recommended (2 years if Associate’s).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, community-based services to children, adolescents, and transitional age youth with SED and families.
• Deliver therapeutic training and support services in home, school, and community.
• Support youth and families in practicing skills learned in therapy sessions.
• Assist with care coordination by collaborating with therapists, schools, and community providers.
• Help families connect to resources, services, and supports.
• Provide psychoeducation to caregivers on diagnoses, coping skills, and family dynamics.
• Ensure timely documentation including progress notes and treatment plans.
