Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking licensed clinicians to join our growing team as In-Home Therapists (IHT). The role delivers structured, strength-based therapy in clients' homes to address youth behavioral needs, with supervision for licensure and bilingual opportunities.

Full-time clinicians earn $64,000–$72,000 per year plus a $3,000 stay-on bonus at 6 months; there is an incentive rate of $60/hour over productivity.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorders desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Access to laptop/CPS, high-speed secure internet, and a phone for FFS positions.
• Access to high-speed internet for full-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to treat youth behavioral needs.
• Supervise licensure pathways and support in-home treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to implement treatment across settings.
