Job summary

Empower U. is seeking an in-home mental health clinician to provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and families in New Jersey. The role offers flexible hours and competitive hourly pay of $70–$100.

You will develop treatment plans, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with referral partners. Free supervision toward LPC/LCSW is provided; NJ licensure required (Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LMFT).

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license required: Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW or LMFT.
• Master’s degree in psychology or a related field.
• At least one year of psychotherapy experience (children/adolescents preferred).
• Flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Communicate consistently with referral partners and care management organizations.
• Approach your work with a clear theoretical orientation.
• Participate in monthly supervision (unless independently licensed in NJ).
