Job summary

Empower U is hiring an In-Home Mental Health Clinician / Therapist to provide in-home psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families in NJ. Hourly rate $70–$100; supervision toward LPC or LCSW included; flexible hours and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, maintaining confidentiality, coordinating with referral partners, and delivering evidence-based therapy in clients’ homes. Active NJ license required; pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active New Jersey license: Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LMFT.
• At least one year of experience providing psychotherapy (children/adolescents preferred).
• Flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Communicate consistently with referral partners and care management organizations.
• Approach your work with a clear theoretical orientation.
• Participate in monthly supervision (unless independently licensed in NJ).
