Job summary

Empower U is seeking an In-Home Mental Health Clinician to provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and families in clients’ homes throughout New Jersey. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment, strong ethics, and a collaborative care approach.

Qualifications include an active NJ license (LCSW/LSW, LMFT, LPC, Psy.D./Ph.D., LAC), a master’s degree, and at least one year of therapy experience. Flexible hours, weekly pay, and a supportive supervision environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license: Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LMFT.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends.
• At least one year of experience providing psychotherapy (children/adolescents preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Communicate consistently with referral partners and care management organizations.
• Approach your work with a clear theoretical orientation.
• Participate in monthly supervision (unless independently licensed in NJ).
