Job summary

Empower U. is actively seeking an In-Home Mental Health Clinician / Therapist to provide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families across New Jersey.

The position offers flexible hours and autonomy to practice within your preferred scope and population. You will develop treatment plans, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with referral partners, while receiving weekly pay and access to supervision toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license: Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LMFT.
• At least one year of experience providing psychotherapy (children/adolescents preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Communicate consistently with referral partners and care management organizations.
• Approach your work with a clear theoretical orientation.
• Participate in monthly supervision (unless independently licensed in NJ).
