Empower U. is seeking an In-Home Mental Health Clinician/Therapist to provide in-home psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults and families across New Jersey. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive hourly pay, and weekly compensation.

You will develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with referral partners. Supervision toward licensure is included, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active New Jersey license: Psy.D/Ph.D, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LMFT.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends.
• At least one year of experience providing psychotherapy (children/adolescents preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-home psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Communicate consistently with referral partners and care management organizations.
• Approach your work with a clear theoretical orientation.
• Participate in monthly supervision (unless independently licensed in NJ).
